SOCL 310 - Complex Organizations 3 credits In this course students engage in a study of complex organizations such as private enterprises, voluntary associations, and governmental bureaucracies in terms of political-economic environment, formal and informal structure, technology, management ideologies, control and commitment of personnel, and impact on lives of individuals. Classical and recent theory and research are examined.
Prerequisite(s): SOCL 105 or permission of instructor. Corequisite(s): None
