PSYC 366 - Industrial and Organizational Psychology
3 credits. Study of the theories and techniques of psychology in relation to the topics of employee selection, performance appraisal, work motivation, job satisfaction, leadership, working conditions, and job-related health and stress.
Prerequisite(s): PSYC 101 (with grade of “C-” or better) or permission of instructor. Corequisite(s): None.
