COMM 322 - Communication Law 3 credits In this course students will examine the U.S. legal system and concepts basic to the laws, regulation and current cases impacting public communication. Emphasis will be on press freedom and the First Amendment, libel, privacy, obscenity and commercial speech.
Prerequisite(s): COMM 101 and COMM 210 (with grades of “C-” or better) Corequisite(s): None
