RECR 303 - Recreation Therapy in Physical Rehabilitation Settings 3 credits This class provides an overview of various physical disabilities and disorders that are common to clients evaluated and treated by therapeutic recreation professionals in the rehabilitation setting. Information will include disease description, etiology, pathology, clinical signs and symptoms, functional abilities and limitations. From a recreation therapy perspective, specific standardized assessments, evaluation and treatment strategies, techniques, and approaches will be addressed.
