CSDS 529 - Interprofessional Practices in Special Education 1 credit This course is an introduction to interdisciplinary collaborative practices in special education and includes units on leadership in educational systems, collaborative teams, as well as professional roles and responsibilities. Students actively work within interprofessional teams to apply course content during specific learning activities that build a foundation of the knowledge, skills and dispositions necessary for effective interprofessional practice to support families and students with disabilities.
