HPEP 502 - Assessment in Health and Physical Education

This course uses theories, models, concepts, and the most current research to examine assessment and evaluation procedures in Health and Physical Education in PK-12 schools and in a variety of public health settings. Cognitive performance, skill acquisition, and an affective component in health and physical education are examined through the use of quantitative and qualitative measures, grading procedures, and rubric construction.
