3 credits A study of negotiation and conflict resolution theory and application in various settings, with emphasis on the psychology of negotiations and the dynamics of interpersonal and intergroup conflict. Students will learn theories of negotiation, actively practice negotiating and conflict resolutions skills, and reflect upon their learning.
