HPEP 681 - Internship in Physical Education

The purpose of the physical education internship is to provide additional opportunities for the graduate student to refine and extend the knowledge, skills, and dispositions learned during student teaching. Graduate students are placed in local schools and are responsible for planning and implementing contemporary and creative practices into those programs.

Prerequisite(s): EDUC 506, EDUC 521, EDUC 530, EDUC 550, HPEP 589, HPEP 632 and HLTH 535 or equivalent graduate courses or comparable undergraduate courses, 6 hours in the program, and permission of the program director.
