MAED 313 - Geometry and Measurement for Elementary and Middle School Teachers

This course combines the study of geometry and measurement with content-specific pedagogy based on current trends in mathematics education research. This course explores the foundations of informal/formal measurement and geometry in one, two, and three dimensions. Students will actively engage in a problem-solving environment through investigations and hands-on activities and manipulatives.
