RELI 242 - World Religions


3 credits.
An investigation of the nature and development of religious practices and traditions in other cultures, their teachings, rituals, institutions and ethics. The course includes prehistoric religion, the major traditions of Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism, Christianity, Islam and some other traditions which have contributed to their development. This course is recommended for students in the sophomore level and above.
