PHYS 202 - University Physics II 4 credits. A study of heat, sound, light, electricity and magnetism using calculus. Physics majors and minors must make at least a C- in this course before taking advanced physics courses. 3 lecture. one 2-hour lab periods.
Prerequisite(s): PHYS 201 and MATH 261 (Note: MATH 261 can be taken concurrently.) Corequisite(s): None.
Students completing PHYS 202 are waived from the General Education Goal 6 Requirement.
