PHED 116 - Beginning Weight Training 1 credit. An introductory course with emphasis on current issues dealing with weight training. The student will learn and workout with various weight training programs and apply the principles to his/her individual workouts. The course employs basic techniques in proper lifting with safety procedures involved.
