KINS 316 - Essentials of Strength and Conditioning 3 credits This course addresses the selection and implementation of strength, power, speed, agility, endurance, and hypertrophy training methods, focusing primarily on periodization programs. Components include discussions of physiological principles and strength assessment as they relate to resistance training.
Prerequisite(s): BIOL 206 and BIOL 207 with a grade of C- or better Corequisite(s): None
