SPED 275 - IEP Development and Implementation 3 credits This course covers legislation and policies related to the special education evaluation process, as well as the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Various aspects of IDEA will be explored, including free and appropriate public education, non-discriminatory evaluation, and least restrictive environment. The emphasis is on the components of a well-written IEP, as well as assessing student progress.
