MAED 351 - High School Mathematics Practicum

An in-depth observation and participation practicum taking place in a high school setting. Students are placed in a public school setting ( for at least 30 hours) under the supervision of Longwood. Students will demonstrate an understanding of the high school setting and effective practices for teaching high school mathematics. Students will create and teach lessons using rich tasks that actively engage mathematics students.
