MUSC 102 - Wind Symphony

Study and performance of a unique body of wind band literature each semester. Elements of note reading, rhythm reading, characteristic tone quality, and band literature will be explored in a rehearsal context leading to public performances. Open to music minors (seated through audition) and non-music major instrumentalists without audition; not open to instrumental music majors. Prior experience in an ensemble is the only requirement. May be repeated for credit.
