MAED 255 - Using Assessments and Differentiation in the Mathematics Classroom 3 credits This course examines the relationships among instruction, assessment, and monitoring progress in mathematics to meet learning needs. Students will study the use and implementation of formative and summative mathematics assessments including those at the international, national, and state levels. Students will learn how to analyze assessment data to improve mathematics instruction and student achievement through the use of differentiation strategies.
