MANG 465 - Human Resource Management 3 credits. An introduction to human resource management with an emphasis on strategic human resource management. Topics include: legal issues affecting human resource management, human resource planning, job analysis, recruitment and election, training and development, performance appraisal compensation of employees (including employee benefits), and occupational safety and health.
