CHEM 376 - An Introduction to Medicinal Chemistry


3 credits
This course is an introduction to medicinal chemistry, divided into three sections. The first focuses on how drugs interact with various molecular machines.  The second focuses on how drugs are designed while considering target associations, metabolism, and the drug approval process.  The third focuses on how select drugs work and how they came to market.

Prerequisite(s): CHEM 212   with grade of C- or better
