ECON 507 - Real Estate Economics and Development 3 credits This course provides students with a foundation in the economics of real estate and development. The course will cover a wide range of topics that are critical to understanding real estate and development, such as market demand, financing, planning, and construction of development projects. Students will be also equipped with analytical tools that will enhance their understanding of real estate markets at every (global, national, regional, local) level, helping them navigate an increasingly complex development market.
